FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Is coaching the same as therapy?

A: No. Coaching focuses on goals, clarity, and mindset shifts for the present and future. Therapy explores past experiences in depth. Coaching is action-oriented, structured, and goal-focused.

Q: How long are coaching sessions?

A: Each session lasts 45–60 minutes, with most clients choosing weekly or fortnightly sessions over 6–8 sessions.

Q: Can I do coaching online?

A: Yes! I offer Zoom sessions, in-person meetings, and “walk and talk” sessions for outdoor reflection.

Q: Do I have to be in crisis to benefit from coaching?

A: Absolutely not. Coaching is for reflection, growth, and moving forward — not only for emergencies.

Q: How much does coaching cost?

A: Every coaching plan is personalised. After a complimentary consultation, I provide a clear proposal with your tailored investment.

Q: Can coaching help me give up alcohol?

A: Yes. My Alcohol-Free Coaching is specifically for women who are sober-curious, want a break, or want long-term change, using proven tools to create clarity and self-trust.
